What you can change yourself
Manage your own account without raising a ticket for it.
Three things anyone can do here without asking an administrator first.
Settings shows a different menu depending on who's looking. A non-admin account sees exactly three items: User Management, KPI Glossary, Two-Factor Authentication — nothing from 13.2 onward. User Management opens directly onto "My user information" — your own name and email — with a Change password button right beneath it. No ticket, no administrator required.
Two-Factor Authentication shows one row — Type: Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP), Status: Disabled (or Enabled) — with a Set-up button. Clicking it opens a modal with plain instructions for configuring Google Authenticator or Authy, a QR code to scan, the same secret typed out under "Or Enter Secret Key Into Your App" for anyone who can't scan, and a 6-digit Verify Code entry before Save.
The KPI Glossary (3.2) turns out to be two things, not one. The fast route is on any KPI card itself: its ⋮ menu has a Review KPI option that opens a read-only summary — Category, KPI name, KPI description, Unit, Measurement, Direction of valuation, and whether it's Included in Planning. The other route is a dedicated Settings → KPI Glossary page: every KPI grouped by category, each with Name, Description, Notes, Status (e.g. Validated / Unvalidated) and Responsible, filterable by status and searchable by name — and unlike the card's read-only summary, this one is editable inline: click a KPI's Notes field to add or change a note, click its Status dropdown to move it between Unvalidated and Validated, or click "Not Assigned" in the Responsible column to hand it to someone.
This dedicated Glossary page is where the "does an equivalent KPI already exist" question from 10.4 actually gets answered in practice — a category you can expand or collapse, a name and description you can search by, and a Responsible person to ask before building a near-duplicate.

Takeaways
Change password sits on your own User Management page — no admin rights needed.
Two-Factor Authentication is self-service: Set-up shows a QR code, a typed-out secret key, and a 6-digit verify step.
The KPI Glossary is reachable two ways: Review KPI on any card's ⋮ menu for a quick summary, or the dedicated KPI Glossary page for the full searchable list with Status and Responsible.
A non-admin's Settings menu shows only these three items — everything else in this module requires administrator rights.
