Company Settings and OKR Settings

Configure company-wide branding and the OKR status options everyone picks from.

Neither of these pages is what its name suggests at first glance โ€” one is narrower, the other is a different feature entirely.

Company Settings is narrower than it sounds: it's a single page titled "Add a company logo" โ€” upload a dark-background version and a light-background version of your logo (suggested size 5MB, height up to 60px), and it displays alongside the ValueWorks logo in the upper-left corner for all users. That's the entire page โ€” no broader "company-wide behaviour" configuration lives here.

OKR Settings is a different feature from the OKR Scheduler (9.4) โ€” not the same page reached two ways. It's Status Settings: a table of every OKR status option (Status Id, Status Name, Status Color) โ€” None, On track, At risk, Off track, On hold, DONE, each with its own colour swatch โ€” with an Edit control to rename an existing status, recolour it, or add a new one, up to a hard cap of six statuses total. The page carries its own caution: "Be aware that changes will also affect historical data and current OKR cycles. Please refrain from changing the status options during a running OKR cycle or communicate all changes to all users well in advance."

The Add a company logo page in full, explaining the logo appears alongside the ValueWorks logo in the upper-left corner and is visible to all users, above two Choose a file or drop it here upload fields โ€” one for a dark-background version, one for a light-background version โ€” each suggesting a size of 5MB and a height up to 60px.

Takeaways

  • Company Settings is logo upload only โ€” dark and light versions, nothing else configured here.

  • OKR Settings is Status Settings โ€” the six status options and their colours (9.2) are defined here, not in the OKR Scheduler. Six is also the maximum โ€” there's no adding a seventh.

  • Changing a status mid-cycle affects historical data โ€” the page itself warns against it without advance communication.
