Three other ways to see your OKRs

Know the other three view buttons beside the default card grid, and when each one actually earns its place over Objectives Overview.

The card grid answers "what are we working on." These three answer "who's behind," "who's ahead," and "what actually changed."

Four buttons sit top-right of the OKR page: the card grid you've used throughout this module (Objectives Overview), and three more.

The Okr Listview for Q2 2026 with the list-view icon highlighted orange among the four view-toggle icons, showing a nested Corporate objective tree with KPI, Start, Target, Actual, Progress, Status, Updated, Responsible and Link columns.
  1. 1The list-view icon, highlighted — this view active
  2. 2Every objective under Corporate, pre-expanded to its key results, in one continuous scroll
  3. 3The same columns as any single objective's table — KPI through Link

The Okr Team Analytics View, with the table-view toggle icon hovered to show its tooltip reading Okr Team Analytics View, above a line chart of weekly progress by team and a Progress list table beneath it.
  1. 1One line per team — over a dozen here, from Marketing to individual named projects
  2. 2The x-axis runs in calendar weeks, not months or quarters
  3. 3The Progress list below repeats the same weeks as columns, teams as rows, with a trend arrow per cell

The Change Log View for Q2 2022, with the four view-toggle icons top-right (grid, list, table, clock) and the clock icon highlighted to show this view is active, above a table of Date Time, Editor, Action, Item, Responsible, Old Value and New Value columns listing real entries such as Completed Milestone, Added Milestone and Created Key Result, one row highlighted in amber.
  1. 1The four view-toggle icons — clock highlighted here, this view active
  2. 2Select item, Select change, Select time range — filters, newest-to-oldest by default
  3. 3Editor, Old Value, New Value — who changed what, and what it was before
  4. 4Real actions recorded here: Completed Milestone, Added Milestone, Created Key Result, Created Objective

Takeaways

  • OKR Listview is every objective's key-result table, run together in one scroll instead of one objective at a time.

  • OKR Team Analytics View is for comparing teams against each other over time — a chart plus a week-by-week Progress list, with Average and Target Progress rows.

  • OKR Change Log View is a full audit trail of every edit to every Objective, Key Result and Milestone — who changed what, and what it was before.
