Core path

Where your data comes from

Read which integrations are connected and which aren't, without guessing from a stale number on a dashboard.

A KPI is only as current as the integration feeding it — and that status is one click away, not something you have to infer from a number that stopped moving.

Data Management → Integrations & APIs opens on Your Integrations, a grid of cards — one per connected service (Adjust, Asana, HubSpot, DATEV, Pipedrive, an Excel-based feed, and others). Each card carries a status line and a single action button, and the two combinations that matter are opposites of each other. A real timestamp next to a green Manage button means the integration is connected — opening it shows a plain confirmation: "The credentials are stored securely. No further information needed." "No info" next to an amber Continue button means it isn't connected yet — opening it explains exactly why: "No API key has been submitted. Therefore, no API connection is established at this time."

Each card's ⋮ menu carries four actions: Disconnect API, Delete Wizard Data, Remove Integration, Show Status.

Below the connected list sits the Integration Marketplace — every other service ValueWorks can connect to, each with a plain Connect button, not yet wired up. It's the catalog of what's available, not what's active.

The Integrations & APIs page, with a Your Integrations grid of connector cards — Adjust, Asana and Pipedrive reading No info with a Continue button, and Central Services, DATEV, HubSpot and an Excel card showing a last-synced timestamp with a Manage button — each with a ⋮ menu top-right, above an Integration Marketplace row of not-yet-connected apps (Application Insights, Azure, BambooHR, Chargebee, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales) each with a Connect button.
A card's open ⋮ menu on a connected HubSpot integration (last synced 15.09.2026 13:05, Manage button), listing four actions: Disconnect API, Delete Wizard Data, Remove Integration, Show Status.

Takeaways

  • A timestamp + green Manage means connected; "No info" + amber Continue means not yet — opening either tells you exactly why.

  • The ⋮ menu on every card: Disconnect API, Delete Wizard Data, Remove Integration, Show Status.

  • The Integration Marketplace, below the connected grid, is what's available but not yet connected.

Micro-check

Two quick questions

Practice only — nothing here is scored or recorded.

1. A card reads "No info" next to an amber Continue button. What does that tell you?

2. You want to know exactly when a connected integration last synced. Where do you look first?
