Who you are: Company Information

Set the company facts the rest of the Digital Twin is built on.

A driver tree for a bakery and a driver tree for a SaaS company should not look the same.

Digital Twin → Company Information holds Company Name, Number of Employees, Annual Revenue and Headquarters, then three tag fields: Industries, Investors and Competitors, each built by typing a value and pressing the + beside it. Company Information sits in the left navigation as its own item, grouped under Company Setup alongside Product Hierarchy, Organisation and Systems (7.2) — not as a tab inside the Driver Tree canvas itself, even though its web address happens to nest under the same path.

Gather from web, top right, fills what it can find rather than asking you to type every field. Treat what it returns as a draft — check the industry tags and the competitor list before relying on them, since a public search can miss a private company or attach the wrong competitor.

Company Information filled in for ValueWorks GmbH, showing Number of Employees, Annual Revenue, Headquarters, and Industries tagged with Enterprise Software and Business Intelligence, with empty Investors and Competitors fields and a Gather from web button top right.

Two quick questions

Practice only — nothing here is scored or recorded.

1. You press Gather from web and it fills in a competitor that closed years ago. What should you do?

2. How do you add a second industry tag?
